The Space

We do not offer additional hours for purchase. Since we host multiple events per weekend, our timeline is in place to ensure that our building is properly cleaned and reset for each specific event.

No, we do not have a facility gratuity

Absolutely! We do have beautiful in-house wooden farmhouse tables and iron chairs included in your rental. If you would like to rent your own tables/chairs, it would be the responsibility of the renter to organize the drop off, setup, takedown and pickup of the items.

Yes! Your pet is welcome to come for the ceremony. They must be cleaned up after, supervised and on a leash during their stay.

We schedule rehearsals Wednesday’s, Thursday’s, and Friday’s from 4pm-6pm. Based on our venue availability, we will schedule your rehearsal during one of those time frames. Decorating may begin at 10am the day of your rental if the space is rented the day before.

Foundry 45 staff set up the ceremony beginning at 10am the day of your event.

Absolutely! The same stipulation applies: any rented chairs would need to be organized by the renter for drop off, setup, takedown and pickup.

We do not, but we highly recommend ceremony times of 4pm or 4:30pm to give everyone enough time to get ready in the morning.

Foundry 45 staff will generally make the call the day before if bad weather is predicted. However, it is ultimately up to the couple to move their ceremony inside. If the ceremony is moved inside, it will take place in the Main Hall.

To reserve your date with us, a signed contract and initial non-refundable deposit of 50% of the hall fee is required. The remaining balance is due one month prior to your event. We accept cash or check. The initial deposit will be applied to the final invoice. Dates are on a first come, first served basis.

We can seat 350 guests comfortably. All tables and chairs are included in your rental. We have beautiful Amish handcrafted wood banquet tables and black industrial style metal chairs.

There will be no adhering anything to our walls, floor, or ceiling. We suggest using easels for pictures or displays. No current displays or lighting in the space can be changed or removed. Candles can be used if they are contained in vases and the glass is 3 inches higher than the flame. The use of confetti, sparklers, smoke, or bubble machines are prohibited.

Our parking lot can hold 275 cars.

Yes, we are handicap accessible. We offer parking behind our building to allow access to the second floor.

Our staff at Foundry 45 is responsible for set-up and take-down of all tables and chairs. We will also maintain the cleanliness of the facility during your event. We are not responsible for catering or dinner service, releasing dinner tables for the buffet, clearing tables after meals, set up of decorations, setting linens, packaging of rental or personal belongings or working for your outside vendors. Additional fees may apply if you’d like our event staff to take care of additional décor and linen set-up.

Catering / Food

Foundry 45 does not allow any carry-in’s. All beverages need to be provided by Foundry 45 as we hold the liquor license. All food needs to be provided by a licensed professional.

For smaller events like baby showers, bridal showers, anniversary parties, that is allowed. For a wedding, all catering will need to be full service as Foundry 45 does not provide staff for catering needs.

If the renter adds “Day of Coordination” services to their package, then yes, Foundry 45 would be happy to take care of that.

All food does need to be brought in from a licensed catering team.

Bar / Beverage Packages

Our tip jars always stay behind the bar. All our beverage packages have a 20% gratuity on them. For any drinks that your guests purchase, it is up to their discretion if they would like to leave a tip for great service.

Foundry 45 hold the liquor license for the building so all bar service and bartenders are solely provided by Foundry 45.

1 bartender per 75 guests will be staffed. We also always have a Bar Manager or Bar Lead on site along with the Event Manager.

Beverages served during cocktail hour and dinner are served in glassware. After dinner, we do switch to plastic.

Foundry 45 does hold its own liquor license. Per Wisconsin State law, outside beverages of any kind on venue premise are prohibited.

Foundry 45 is proud to work exclusively with a wide variety of highly acclaimed catering companies. We provide a list of Preferred Caterers to choose from. Other than our Preferred Caterers, we have no other vendor restrictions!
